How can I install direct x9.C software? Please help?

I have already install direct x 9.b (4.09.0000.0903)and when I try to upgrade into direct x9.c it install but coudn't change the direct x9.b i have a ATI RADEON? X1650 PRO 256 memory size vga card is there any software that install first or is there any soultion

It should be a regular install from windows update site or if you have a game that requires it, it will come with it. Otherwise just go to MS website and download it again (see link).

as far as I know should just be a matter of downloading and installing. uninstall 9b first if over-write doesn't work. to check which version of directx is installed start-> run -> dxdiag
