Do not delete the Guest account. You can turn it off but you don't have the option of deleting it.
Since you are the only user of the computer then the 'true' administrator account is hidden under safe mode. You must have at least one active admin account for your system to function properly.
You can go to the User Accounts in Control Panel and create a new account with admin features. You will still have access to your guest desktop through My Computer where you can transfer your desktop settings over to the new admin account and still use the things you are using now.|||It is a bad idea to run the administrator account all the time - if you get a virus or other "nasty" on the machine, being the administrator opens the machine up to any kind of problem the "nasty" wants to run. Also, if you are the administrator and give the wrong command by mistake (lets say to erase the C: drive) the computer will do it - that is to say you can make some really major errors very easily as the administrator.
