My husband is wanting me to go back to work but I have to work around his schedule?
He wants me to work mon.-fri and no weekends. And of course it has to be during the day. he doesnt want to be stuck at home w/ the kids on his weekends off he said since he has worked weekends for 4 years straight he isnt going to be stuck w/ the kids on weekends off. So what are my chances of getting a job where I can work mon- fri days and off weekends probably not a chance and on top of that I have to pay for daycare myself. I am so scared about going back to work b/c he cant and wont help me out. I have to do it all myself if the kids are sick or if something comes up I risk losing my job b/c I have no one at all to help me out. I could get a waitressing job working 6-2 am it sounds good but I dont think they could work around his schedule. Not only that but my husband thinks men are going to be hitting on me. Which isnt ok but him looking at porn while at work and on our comp was ok. I dont know what to do he wants me to work but I am stuck.

Once he finds out how much you will pay for daycare out of your check, he will realize that you won't have anything left over. His term of being STUCK with his kids is terrible. They are his kids too, not just yours to take care of. There are lots of jobs out there during the day, but they pay may not be good unless you have some type of skill. The world does not work around his schedule, so neither can you for the most part. Be upfront about not having a sitter when your kids are sick, you will be surprised how many employers are used to this and willing to work around it, unless your kids are always sick. It took both of you to make these children so it will take both of you to raise them. He sounds a bit controlling from you say here. Please remember, if he ever decided to leave you, you would have to go back to work anyway and this will give you good experience if you ever have to go it all by yourself.
